Turn inbound client emails into marketplace quotes in two minutes, not twenty.

The CRM for independent ACA brokers. One email in; out comes a structured household, live rates ranked for their needs, and a branded proposal your client accepts in one tap. Nothing re-typed: not a name, a medication, or a dependent.

You don’t lose clients to bad advice. You lose them to re-typing.

Every step of an ACA sale needs the same household facts. The tools you use today make you enter them again at each one.

MyBrokerTeam captures the household once — from the email — and carries it through quoting, the proposal, the policy, and the renewal.

  • “The lead is sitting in my inbox.”

The client’s email already has everything: names, ages, the asthma, the budget. Today it gets copied into a CRM, a quoting portal, and a spreadsheet — three times, by hand.

  • “I quoted from what I remembered about them.”

Rates live in one tab, the formulary in another, the hospital network in a PDF. The plan that actually fits only gets found if you have twenty spare minutes to look.

  • “The renewal snuck up on me.”

Open Enrollment lands, a carrier call center reaches your client first, and a policy you wrote walks out the door.

How it works: one record, carried from email to bound policy.

Four steps, in the order a sale actually happens, with what the product is doing at each one.

  1. Leads capture themselves.

Connect your Gmail, or forward client emails from any inbox. Names, ages, ZIP, income, prescriptions, and budget become a structured lead, with the original email kept beside it so you can check it at a glance.

    • Gmail and forwarded-email intake
    • Household, income and Rx extraction
    • Medicare-eligible members flagged before you quote
  2. Quote on live rates, ranked for the household.

Real marketplace rates and premium tax credit math for the ZIP, filtered to your carrier appointments, and scored on the things that decide a plan: the prescription tier, the hospitals, the monthly budget.

    • Live marketplace rates with the credit applied
    • Formulary and network checks per plan
    • Only carriers you are appointed with
  3. Proposals your clients accept in one tap.

A white-labeled proposal in your agency’s name, sent by text and email. The client sees the recommendation, the credit, and the copays, and accepts from their phone. You’re notified the moment they do.

    • Branded, mobile-first, no login required
    • Consent captured with a timestamp
    • Accept, or ask a question, in place
  4. A book that keeps itself current.

An accepted plan becomes a policy and commission record. Renewals are flagged and re-shopped against the client’s current needs. Consent and disclosures stay on file for every household.

    • Policies and commissions, created automatically
    • Renewal tracking and re-shop
    • Consent trail and audit log per client

Case study: tested on a live Illinois ACA book.

During Open Enrollment our biggest problem wasn’t finding clients — it was the triage. Copying household members, dates of birth, and prescription lists out of emails and re-typing them across carrier portals took twenty minutes a lead.

With MyBrokerTeam, an inquiry becomes a lead and a proposal I can send, on plans I'm actually appointed for, in under two minutes. And I still sign off on every recommendation.

Our commitments to the broker who has been burned by tools before.

The parts of the deal that don’t show up in a feature list.

  • No commission splits. Ever.

One flat monthly fee per brokerage: not per seat, not per policy, not a percentage of anything. Aptura never takes an override, a split, or a share of your per-member commissions.

  • Your book is yours.

Client records live in your own private database. Export the whole book as CSV, any time, and take it anywhere.

  • Software, not an agency.

Aptura holds no agency license, sells no insurance, and will never market to your clients or compete for them.

  • Your NPN, your carriers.

You bind directly in HealthSherpa or the carrier portal. Agent of Record stays with you; we never sit between you and a carrier.

FAQ: the questions brokers ask on the first call.

Straight answers on binding, pricing, data, and compliance. Anything else, ask us on the demo.

Does this replace HealthSherpa or my carrier portals?

No. MyBrokerTeam is the intake, CRM and quoting system that comes before binding. It turns the email into a structured lead, checks networks and formularies, calculates live marketplace rates and the premium tax credit, and produces the proposal. When the client accepts, you complete enrollment in HealthSherpa or the carrier’s portal under your own NPN, and Agent of Record stays with you.

What does it cost, and do you take any of my commissions?

One flat monthly fee per brokerage: not per seat, not per policy. We share the figure on the demo so it reflects the size of your book, and it never changes with your commissions. Aptura does not hold an agency license, does not participate in carrier overrides, and never takes a percentage of your per-member commissions.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most brokers are working in it within a day or two. Send us your existing spreadsheet or CRM export; we clean and de-duplicate it, load your book into your own private database, and set up your carrier-appointment filters. There is no charge for migration.

How do inbound emails get in?

Connect your Gmail inbox, or simply forward client emails to your MyBrokerTeam address. Each one becomes a lead with the household, income, ZIP, prescriptions and budget extracted, and the original email kept alongside for you to check.

How is consent handled for CMS marketplace rules?

Every proposal link carries the representation-consent language. When the client reviews and accepts, the timestamp and IP are recorded in that client’s audit log and can be exported if a carrier or regulator asks.

Where does client data live, and is it encrypted?

Each brokerage has its own private database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and records are never shared or mixed with another agency’s. You can export your full book at any time.

Which states and carriers are supported?
