Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing or using MyBrokerTeam (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Aptura Health, LLC ("Aptura Health," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by licensed insurance professionals. By using the Service, you represent that you are a licensed health-insurance broker or agent in good standing in the jurisdictions where you sell insurance, and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Use of the service
MyBrokerTeam provides tools to help brokers manage client leads, generate plan recommendations based on live marketplace data, produce client proposals, and track policies and renewals. The Service is a tool to assist licensed brokers — it does not provide insurance advice, make licensed decisions, or replace the broker's professional judgment and obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including insurance licensing requirements, privacy laws, and any applicable consent and disclosure obligations.
4. Client data
You retain ownership of all client data you enter into the Service. You represent that you have the right to provide that data to the Service and that your clients have been informed of and consented to the use of their information in accordance with applicable law.
We process client data only as needed to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Use the Service to sell, transfer, or disclose client data without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that plan-rate data will be accurate or complete at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptura Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the service and terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
