Why we built MyBrokerTeam
We built MyBrokerTeam after watching an experienced broker lose a client — not because they gave bad advice, but because a renewal reminder sat in a spreadsheet and nobody saw it in time.
Most health-insurance brokers run their book out of their inbox, a spreadsheet, and whatever CRM they bolted on. Leads fall through the cracks, quotes are built from memory, and renewals depend on manual reminders. MyBrokerTeam closes those gaps by providing a single, connected workflow that carries a client from first email to bound policy.

MyBrokerTeam is developed, operated, and legally backed by Aptura Health, LLC. Operating as a corporate entity allows us to establish the administrative backing, legal accountability, and enterprise security required by modern compliance standards.
The broker still makes every licensed decision and provides all insurance advice. Aptura Health's job is purely administrative: to automate the data entry, track the renewals, and ensure no client details get dropped.

As a technology provider in the health insurance space, Aptura Health, LLC operates under strict data privacy principles. We act as a technology vendor (data processor) for licensed insurance producers, ensuring that all client PII is handled with standard encryption and audit logging.
Aptura Health is a registered limited liability company and operates in compliance with state and federal guidelines for insurance software developers. We do not participate in insurance sales directly, nor do we sell, distribute, or monetize client lead data.
Where we are
MyBrokerTeam is currently in guided early-access. The platform is validated in production by active brokerage operations, and we continue to collaborate closely with brokers to align features with real-world workflows.
